By placing a pre-order with Diesel E-Bikes, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Pre-Orders & Payment

Pre-orders are offered for products that are temporarily out of stock or awaiting incoming inventory. Full payment is required at checkout and will be processed immediately when your pre-order is placed.

Estimated shipping dates will be shown on the product page at the time of purchase. These dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Shipping timelines may change due to production schedules, supplier availability, logistics, or other factors beyond our control.

Estimated Shipping & Updates

We’ll keep you informed with email updates regarding the status of your pre-order. If timelines change, we’ll notify you as soon as possible.

Cancellations by Diesel E-Bikes

Diesel E-Bikes reserves the right to cancel any pre-order if fulfillment becomes impractical or significantly delayed. If we cancel your pre-order, you’ll receive a full refund to your original payment method.

Customer Cancellations & Refunds

You may request to cancel your pre-order within 7 days of purchase for a full refund. To do so, please contact us through our website with your order number. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Shipping Delays

If your pre-order has not shipped within 17 days after the original estimated shipping date, you may request a cancellation and full refund. If we are unable to fulfill your order at any point, a full refund will be issued automatically.

Changes to This Policy

Diesel E-Bikes may update this Pre-Order Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website. Continued placement of pre-orders after updates are published indicates acceptance of the revised terms.

Liability

Diesel E-Bikes is not liable for losses or damages resulting from shipping delays, including indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
