Standard Limited Warranty (1 Year)

Diesel E Bikes (“Diesel,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) warrants that all new Diesel electric bicycles purchased directly from Diesel E Bikes or an authorized retailer are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase.

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

What Is Covered

During the 1-year warranty period, Diesel E Bikes will, at its discretion:

• Repair defective parts
  
  
• Replace defective parts with new or refurbished components
  
  
• Replace the bicycle with a comparable model (if repair is not feasible)
  
  

Covered components may include:

• Frame (excluding cosmetic damage)
  
  
• Motor
  
  
• Battery
  
  
• Controller and electrical components
  
  
• Factory-installed parts
  
  

What Is Not Covered

This limited warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear (including tires, brake pads, chains, spokes, cables, grips, and bearings)
  
  
• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, improper assembly, improper maintenance, or accidents
  
  
• Damage from unauthorized modifications or use of non-Diesel parts
  
  
• Water damage beyond the bike’s intended riding conditions
  
  
• Cosmetic damage such as scratches, dents, or paint chips
  
  
• Commercial use, rentals, or fleet use
  
  
• Labor costs associated with third-party repairs unless pre-authorized by Diesel E Bikes
  
  
• Shipping costs unless otherwise stated
  
  

Battery Warranty Details

The battery is covered under this warranty for defects in materials and workmanship for 1 year from the date of purchase. Battery capacity degradation over time is normal and is not considered a defect unless the battery fails to operate as intended under normal use during the warranty period.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Diesel E Bikes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the bicycle.

Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties or exclusions of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
