Shipping policy

Order Processing Time

All orders placed with Diesel E Bikes are processed within 2–3 business days from the date of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays. Once processing is complete, orders are prepared for shipment and scheduled with our freight carriers.

 


 

Shipping Method

Due to the size and weight of our electric bicycles, all orders are shipped via palletized freight or Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) shipments. Deliveries are made using box trucks and are typically curbside deliveries.

Please note:

  • A signature may be required at delivery.
  • Drivers are not responsible for carrying items inside the residence.
  • Delivery appointments may be scheduled by the freight carrier prior to arrival.

 


 

Estimated Delivery Timeframe

After shipment, customers should expect delivery within 7–10 days from the purchase date. We strongly advise customers to ensure they are available at their delivery address within this timeframe.

Failure to be available to receive the shipment may result in:

  • Storage fees
  • Redelivery fees
  • Late delivery fees charged by the freight carrier

Any additional fees incurred due to missed deliveries or delayed receipt will be the responsibility of the customer.

 


 

Delivery Address Requirements

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing a complete and accurate delivery address
  • Ensuring the delivery location is accessible to a box truck
  • Being available to receive the shipment or arranging an authorized recipient

Diesel E Bikes is not responsible for delays or additional charges caused by incorrect addresses or inaccessible delivery locations.

 


 

Shipping Damage & Inspection

Upon delivery, customers must inspect the shipment before signing for receipt.

If damage is observed:

  • Note all damage clearly on the delivery receipt
  • Take photos of the packaging and product
  • Contact Diesel E Bikes support within 48 hours of delivery

Failure to report shipping damage within this timeframe may affect the ability to file a claim.

 


 

Shipping Delays

While we make every effort to deliver orders on time, shipping timelines are estimates and may be affected by:

  • Carrier delays
  • Weather conditions
  • Holidays
  • Supply chain disruptions

Diesel E Bikes is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
